  1. Why create a promotional product store?
    The Aristeo Store was created because of requests from many Aristeo teammates, who want the opportunity to purchase more Aristeo apparel or other products that we normally offer through our annual giveaways. This store will allow any Aristeo employee to purchase Aristeo branded products at cost and either ship them to their chosen location or pick them up at the Livonia office.

  2. Do we still get free swag?
    Yes, Aristeo will still offer annual giveaways of Aristeo branded products. We normally do about 1 large giveaway a year, and that will continue! 

  3. What to do if I chose the free pickup at HQ option?
    If you choose to pick up your order at Aristeo's HQ in order to avoid shipping costs, then you are responsible for picking up your order at the Livonia office. We will not be shipping out items from the office or transporting orders to jobsites if the Free Pickup at HQ option is chosen. We will only hold your items for 14 days/weeks once your order is fulfilled.

  4. Can I purchase with an Aristeo credit card?
    No, you may not use your Aristeo credit card to purchase personal swag items.

  5. Can I make this job chargeable?
    No, this is for personal purchases, therefore you cannot charge it to the job.

  6. What are payment options?
    You can purchase items with personal credit cards or, if you have them, Aristeo points.

  7. What if I want items for customers?
    Please reach out to marketing@aristeo.com if you’d like to gift a customer Aristeo swag.

  8. What if I want something custom / not on this list?
    We can't guarantee custom orders, but we will add suggestions to our list for future items. Please email marketing@aristeo.com with suggestions.

  9. Will there be any new items offered in the future?
    The store has many new items to check out. Click to see our New Items here. Some of these items are currently test items and are pre-order only. If we don't get enough orders/interest in the items, we will not order them and they may not stay in the store permanently. We hope to include more new items in the future, however, so stay tuned!

  10. How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with a tracking number if you’re shipping it or order pickup information if you chose the pickup at HQ option.

  11. Will there still be free giveaways?
    Yes, we will still offer free items periodically throughout the year.
